The Silverton Housing Authority is a municipal housing authority of the Town of Silverton, Colorado. 

The Silverton Housing Authority (SHA) was established in August of 2023 by the Town of Silverton Board of Trustees to address the shortage of available, safe, affordable housing. SHA's mission is to advocate, promote, plan, and provide the long-term supply of quality affordable housing to support equitable access to housing in Silverton.

Following the Silverton Compass Mater Plan, creating a housing authority was a strategy to "Build the capacity to create and preserve affordable housing."
